Samoas Cupcakes

After a stressful week at work I decided to make some cupcakes this weekend.  I had a whole box of Samoa cookies laying around and decided to do something with them to keep from eating the whole box myself. :)  I made chocolate cupcakes baked with small pieces of Kraft Caramels baked inside the cupcakes.  I put cream cheese icing on top and then topped it with some Samoa pieces.
